New Day Yoga currently offers classes at the four locations given above. Although each location offers series of classes, you are welcome to drop-in to any class at any time.
If you are new to yoga, give us a call and we will help you choose the class that is best for you. Once you visit a class and decide to commit to your yoga practice from a Christian perspective, you have the opportunity to sign up for the session at the location where your class is offered.
If there are weather concerns, New Day Yoga follows the school closings for Marietta City Schools and Cobb County Schools.

All instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance and teach New Day Yoga classes from a Christian perspective using Bible scriptures to renew the mind, yoga postures to strengthen the body, and truth to inspire the heart.
