Connect to the Holy Spirit
New Day Yoga’s Immersion Retreats present opportunities to dive into the deeper facets of yoga. Beginning Monday at 3:00pm and ending Saturday at 2:00pm, each retreat creates a 6-day/5-night enlightened experience where you can expect God to touch you in a unique way as you probe more fully how "fearfully and wonderfully" you are made— physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually.
New Day Yoga’s Immersion Experience is open to 1) those who currently have a regular yoga practice, 2) who have been practicing yoga steadily for at least a year, 3) are familiar with basic yoga postures and practices (breathwork, chant, meditation, etc.), and 4) are ready to take their yoga practice to the next level physically and spiritually.
