Weekly ClassesWeekly Classes are taught from a Christian perspective using Bible scriptures to renew the mind and yoga poses to strengthen and restore the body. Each class begins and ends with silent prayer and scripture meditation. Gentle Yoga, Yoga Basics, and Intermediate Classes are available. The classes range from 75 to 90 minutes in length. Private InstructionPrivate Instruction provides individuals with in-depth teaching on yoga postures, breathing techniques, or meditation.
