Our desire is to lead people, through yoga and centering prayer, toward
a fuller life in Christ, led by the Holy Spirit, renewed in mind, and
strengthened in body.
To accomplish this goal, we offer Weekly Classes, a 250-Hour Yoga Teacher
Training Certification (from a Christian perspective, of course), and
a 12-Hour Christian Yoga Teacher Certification, as well as workshops
and retreats. |

Weekly Classes are taught from a Christian perspective using Bible scriptures
to renew the mind and yoga poses to strengthen and restore the body. Each
class begins and ends with silent prayer and scripture meditation. Gentle
Yoga, Yoga Basics, and Intermediate Classes are available. The classes
range from 75 to 90 minutes in length.

The purpose in offering a Yoga Teacher Training program from a Christian
perspective is to equip those who are Believers in Jesus Christ who
want to teach yoga or want to deepen their practice of yoga without
compromising their faith. This training adheres to the national
standards of Yoga Alliance and, more importantly, to the truth found
in the Holy Bible.
